UC Regents Vote Tuition Hike

The Regents of the University of California system today voted through its second tuition increase in less than a year over the protests of students and some regents. The vote comes on the heels of a budget agreement in Sacramento that brought the year-over-year cut in state funding for the UC system to $650 million. Brian Edwards-Tiekert reports from the meeting at the University of California-San Francisco.
