Assemblymember Gil Cedillo's "Dream Act" legislation had its final hearing in the State Senate Appropriations Committee. That moves the measure closer to final approval that would send it to Governor Jerry Brown for his signature. Earlier versions of the legislation have been vetoed twice by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Christopher Martinez reports.
