San Francisco taxi drivers held a noisy protest at City Hall on Tuesday to protest regulations they say will destroy their livelihood. The San Frnacisco Municipal Transportation Agency is proposing to let Cab companies put new readers in cabs, and make the drivers pay higher credit card fees.
