The Fukushima nuclear reactor accident in Japan has not dampened the enthusiasm of a Central Valley business group which is trying to win support for its plan to build two new nuclear reactors. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors has rejected the plan while the Madera Supervisors are supporting it. Vic Bedoian reports.
