Hundreds of progressive activists staged a rally outside of a gathering of right-wing Republicans near Palm Springs over the weekend. 23 people were arrested yesterday for blocking access to the Rancho Las Palmas resort. Inside, wealthy, conservative business interests were holding their annual gathering hosted by Charles and David Koch. The billionaire brothers helped finance Proposition 23, an attempt to suspend California's landmark global warming act. Ernesto Arce reports from Los Angeles.
