Human Rights Groups Call for Prosecution of former Haitian Dictator

Despite accusations of murder and the theft of millions of dollars from Haiti, former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier has returned to Haiti after 25 years in exile. Human Rights Watch has called for his arrest and Amnesty International says he should be brought to justice for the human rights abuses he committed as President. Judith Scherr reports.
