The Kern County oil incident first reported in May has already erupted over a million gallons of oil down a dry creek bed and is still flowing. Cleanup crews are at work extracting a mix of liquid oil mixed with water and digging up oil-soaked soil. State agencies are closely monitoring the situation at Chevron’s Cymric Oil Field and investigating what went wrong. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
