The California Attorney General’s office has unveiled recommendations on use of force by the Sacramento police department. The report comes almost a year after police shot and killed Stephon Clark, an unarmed African American, and a day after Clark’s family filed a lawsuit claiming the police acted with reckless disregard for the rights and safety of Clark.
