Muslim and immigrant rights activists are moving forward with their latest challenge to President Donald Trump’s controversial Muslim travel ban. The ban was upheld by the Supreme Court, but plaintiffs in the lawsuit say the administration has failed to create a promised waiver process for people with special circumstances who do not pose a national security risk.
