Environmental activists rallied at the San Francisco office of Senator Diane Feinstein, calling for her to end her support for a controversial water deal. Feinstein and Governor Jerry Brown are supporting a federal measure to extend a drought-era water bill that shipped northern California water to southern California farms. But opponents call the deal a capitulation to the Trump administration in exchange for funding for Brown’s proposed delta water tunnels.
