Kavanaugh Confidential

The confirmation hearing for Trump’s Supreme Court nominee heated up again Thursday, with Democratic senators announcing they would release documents about Brett Kavanaugh’s years working in the George W Bush White House. Democrats say the documents have important information about Kavanaugh’s views on issues like race and the law, abortion, and torture. Republicans have resisted efforts to make the documents public.
