California environmental groups are expressing outrage over two riders attached to an Interior department spending bill that would quash any judicial review of the state’s large-scale water projects. The riders are aimed specifically at California WaterFix and the Delta Tunnels, as well as both the State Water Project and the federal Central Valley Project. In a letter to California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, ten environmental groups led by Restore the Delta and Friends of the River, are asking him to stop it from being enacted. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
