A federal judge in San Francisco is hearing a week of scientific testimony on a common weed-killer that plaintiffs say is linked to cancer. District court judge Vincent Chhabria is hearing expert testimony to help him decide whether hundreds of lawsuits against chemical company Monsanto should go to trial.
