The US Supreme Court has rejected the latest attempt by the Trump administration to end the DACA program that protects undocumented youths brought to the country as children. The ruling means dreamers who were covered by the DACA program can continue to file for renewals of their two-year protections, at least for the next few months. Trump’s plan to end DACA on March 5th is on hold, but the ruling is only temporary, and DACA recipients will remain in limbo, perhaps into next year.
