Judicial Watch Files Records Request with Berkeley Unified for Emails on Teacher/Activist

Conservative group Judicial Watch is asking the Berkeley Unified School District for all emails referencing district employee Yvette Felarca, but a judge has issued a temporary restraining order after Felarca filed a lawsuit. Felarca is a teacher and activist who was arrested in September during a clash at a UC Berkeley event featuring conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.
