Trump Travel Ban Gets Another Court Hearing

President Donald Trump’s controversial travel ban Executive Order is back in court. A federal appeals court held a hearing in Seattle on the issue of how to interpret a Supreme Court order that exempts certain immigrants and refugees from the executive order restrictions. A three judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments Monday, six weeks before the Supreme Court is scheduled to take up the case.
