Immigrant and refugee rights activists are celebrating the recent court decisions to block President Donald Trump’s Muslim travel ban executive order. Federal district courts in Hawaii and Maryland have issued orders, in Hawaii, a broad but short-term temporary restraining order, and in Maryland, a narrower but longer-lasting preliminary injunction.
