Caretakers of the Bay Delta’s Levees Brace for Coming Storms

The incoming series of storms has Delta farmers, business and residents concerned about high flows of water from the mountain reservoirs created by dams on the states’s rivers. How will that impact the levees that protect the region’s farmlands and cities? They’re especially worried about possibly large releases from the San Joaquin river’s watershed.
