California lawmakers are pushing forward legislation aimed at protecting the state’s undocumented immigrants under a new Trump administration. Several bills have already been introduced to provide safe havens and offer legal help to undocumented immigrants facing deportation. Advocates and lawmakers will be looking at other measures in the coming legislative session.
