Trump Health Proposal Could Undo California's Progress

California has moved faster and farther than other states to implement the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare. The state has cut in half the percentage of Californians without health insurance, and has expanded Medi-Cal coverage for millions of poor people. But health advocates say those gains are at risk under the administration of president-elect Donald Trump, who has vowed to “repeal and replace” Obamacare.
