Governor Jerry Brown is wrapping up action on hundreds of bills passed by the legislature. Facing a Friday deadline, Brown has signed bills on issues ranging from gender-neutral restrooms to race and gender equality in the workplace. Brown signed a pair of bills aimed at closing the wage gap between men and women, and between white workers and people of color.
