LoBot Gallery, a bastion of underground, DIY art and music culture in Oakland for the last 12 years, will be shutting down at the end of the month, displacing 20 artists who rent studio space there. It's part of a larger trend of gentrification pushing out artists from their work space. Claire Stremple reports from West Oakland.
