France Mourns Its Dead the Day After the Truck Attack in Nice

France is in mourning today after a 19 tons truck rammed into a crowd celebrating Bastille day in the seaside of nice. 84 are dead, including two U.S. citizens from Texas. This is the third attack in France in one year and a half after the Charlie Hebdo killings in January of last year and the series of mass shootings in Paris last November. Today, the mood is mixed with shock, anger and incomprehension in France.
