The Oakland Police Department now has its third police chief in a week. It's the latest twist in an ongoing sex scandal that has rocked several east bay police and sheriff’s departments. The scandal has led to 5 Oakland police officers resigning or being put on administrative leave. Several Richmond police officers are also being investigated in a scandal involving officers allegedly having sex with a teenage sex prostitute. Christopher Martinez reports from Oakland.
