Californians are Being Disscuraged from Voting in Primary Elections

Californians are scheduled to vote today and the number of registered voters is at an all time high. But many are being told their ballots wont count. According to the Associated Press the Democrats have already found a nominee, news that may possibly discouraging individuals from voting.
