San Fransisco's police department is under multiple civil rights investigations right now, but the city's Public Defender Jeff Adachi is calling for one more. He says neither the investigation by US Justice Department's Community Oriented Policing Service nor one being conducted by San Fransisco's District Attorney have the authority to impliment any change. He now calls on California Attorney General Kamal Harris to get her office involved. Pacifica's Mike Kohn reports
