The family of a California man who died in Oakland Police custody want to cancel a $450 thousand dollar wrongful death settlement.... Hernan Jaramillo's family cites a police bodycam video released after the settlement. Today, on behalf of his family in Colombia, Hernan Jaramillio's sister appeared in San Francisco to ask that the court set aside their settlement so the case can proceed to trial. Hernan Jaramillo was killed by Oakland Police officers in 2013.
