Dungeness Crabs Claw Their Way Back To Your Table

In San Francisco, legislators and fisherman met at historic Pier 45 to celebrate the opening of California's dungeness crab season after months of delay. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has now declared the levels of domoic acid in crabs to no longer be a threat to public health. The estimated loss of revenue to the industry is currently projected at fifty million dollars.
