After some speculation whether or not San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee would allow recently elected Aaron Peskin to take his seat on the SF Board of Supervisors in time for key votes on Building a new Jail, the matter was settled today when in a matter of hours Peskin came through international customs, was sworn into office and cast his first votes as a Supervisor since he last sat on the board from 2000-2009.
