Today was the deadline for Oakland to submit an updated financing plan for a stadium if it wants to keep the Oakland Raiders. Mayor Libby Schaaf sent a five page letter to the National Football League without any provision for new public financing. Owner Mark Davis is threatening to move the team to Los Angeles.
