Hundreds of High School Students Stage Protest Against Police Brutality

In San Francisco, hundreds of students from Lincoln, Mission, John O'Connell, and June Jordan High School staged a protest at City Hall and marched through Union Square, temporarily disrupting traffic. The student-run protest was sparked by last week's shooting of Mario Woods by the San Francisco Police Department. Participants asked for the end of police brutality, and justice for Mario Woods.
