Can SF Help Shelter Homeless People during El Nino?

Mayor Ed Lee announced plans for the city of San Francisco to Shelter 1100 additional homeless residents and prepare city infrastructure for El Nino storms today. He was joined by multiple city agency heads and leaders from non-profits such as the salvation army to discuss what steps San Fransisco is taking to protect its residents and buildings from heavy rains. Pacifica's Mike Kohn reports.
