Oakland Sues Monsanto over PCB Contamination

The City of Oakland is suing Monsanto over long-standing PCB contamination of the San Francisco bay. The City wants Monsanto to pay for cleaning up the toxic chemical that was banned in 1979 but still flows into the bay from storm water runoff. It’s the latest in a series of similar lawsuits against the company. Christopher Martinez reports.
