California’s Natural Resources Agency is updating its plan on adapting to the impacts of climate change. The agency held a workshop in Sacramento on its latest draft plan, called “Safeguarding California,” a plan for how to adapt to things like increasing floods, droughts, heat waves and sea level rise.
