Hundreds of evacuees from the Valley Fire crowded the Napa County Fairgrounds in Calistoga where the Red Cross set up a shelter and locals dropped off supplies. Many of the evacuees left with only the shirts on their backs. Karin Argoud filed this report from the fairgrounds.
