Gov. Jerry Brown is urging the California legislature to come to agreement on how to pay for billions of dollars in transportation projects the state has been postponing for years. Law makers are floating several ideas to increase tax revenues to pay for the 8 Billion dollars in repairs needed annually, only a fraction of which are currently covered by funds dedicated to transportation infrastructure.
