Senate HELP Committee Discusses sexual Assault on College Campus

The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, known as the HELP committee, met today to discuss combating campus sexual assault. The Higher Education Act, the law that governs how federal money is distributed to Universities and students is up for renewal this year and the HELP committee heard testimony from University of California President Janet Napolitano, along with other higher education officials and advocates.
