While the Los Angeles Police Department prepares to roll out hundreds of body cameras later this year, some members of the city's civilian police commission say they aren't getting enough input on the policies that will govern their use. Many members of the panel complained that they were pressured earlier this year into adopting an initial set of policies that were presented to the board after department officials and the police officers' union had already agreed to the terms.
