Bay Area "100 Black Men" Call for Police Reforms

The group 100 Black Men of the Bay Area is asking the Oakland City Council to set new policies to protect men of color from police violence. They're hoping the reforms can be adopted on a national level. KPFA's Mark Mericle reports.
