Gun Owners Challenge Sunnyvale Ordinance

Some gun owners in Sunnyvale, backed by the National Rifle Association, are trying to over-turn the City of Sunnyvale’s ban on high-capacity magazines that can hold more than 10 bullets. A 14-year-old state law bars the sale of high capacity magazines, but last year Sunnyvale voters went a step farther by passing a local ordinance to ban possession of such magazines. Christopher Martinez reports from San Francisco.
