Senate Bill Proposes to Create California's First Medical Marijuana Agency



Medical marijuana advocates met at the state capital today to voice their opposition to a bill that would create the state's first medical marijuana regulatory agency. Opponents of the senate's Medical Marijuana Bill say it would impose unnecessary restrictions on patients and doctors. They also believe it could give the federal government access to the information of marijuana providers. Nick St. Charles filed this report.
