The unemployment rate is at its lowest level since 2008. The U.S. Department of Labor issued its June report showing a fifth consecutive month of job growth, the steadiest increase since 1999. However economists caution this means the economy is only returning to pre-recession levels. Marissa Ortega-Welch reports.
