Senate Foreign Relations Committee Discusses Unaccompanied Minors



The Senate Foreign Relations Committee held a hearing today to discuss the overwhelming number of unaccompanied minors arriving from Central America at the U.S. border. Witnesses from the State Department and Department of Justice were present to answer lawmakers' questions about the root causes of the increase in young migrants making the dangerous journey, as well as discuss possible short and long term solutions.
