San Bruno Claims Regulators Unethical in Pipeline Explosion Investigation

The City of San Bruno is calling for the removal of a top regulator in charge of investigating the gas pipeline explosion that killed eight people four years ago. The City has filed a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission saying PUC president Michael Peavey and other top regulators colluded with PG&E as part of an illegal and unethical relationship.
