Oakland Activists Campaign to Raise the City's Minimum Wage

An Oakland coalition turned in over 24,000 voter signatures to the Oakland City Clerk's office on Friday to qualify its initiative to raise the minimum wage in Oakland for the 2014 November ballot. Dialynn Dwyer files this report.
