Oakland Port Truckers Demand Help for Emissions Upgrades

Independent truckers at the Port of Oakland held a work stoppage and picket Wednesday morning. They’re calling for help to meet the cost of expensive up-grades to comply with new air standards beginning January 1st. Christopher Martinez reports.
