New Research Shows Californians Saved $100 Billion From Prop 103, Consumer Advocates Push For Extension To Health Insurance

A consumer group has released a report that says Californians have saved $100 billion due to a tough auto insurance regulation initiative approved by voters in 1988, Prop 103. According to the report, California is the only state where auto insurance rates have dropped over the past twenty-five years. Pacifica's Dan Fritz files this report from Los Angeles.
