Prison Treatment of Mentallly Ill Prisoners Goes to Court

Lawyers for mentally ill prison inmates are asking a judge to stop what they call the torture of mentally ill prisoners. They say the State uses brutal treatment, such as massive amounts of pepper spray used on mentally ill prisoners in their cells, and denies mental health treatment for prisoners on death row. The case will continue with graphic videos of pepper spray being pumped into cells of mentally ill prisoners. Christopher Martinez reports.
