Costa Mesa Repeals Anti-Day Laborer Law

Civil rights groups and day laborers in Costa Mesa are celebrating the repeal of a city ordinance that prohibited solicitation of work on public streets. On Tuesday night, the Costa Mesa City Council voted to repeal the controversial law as part of a settlement of a lawsuit that claimed the law violated First Amendment rights. Pacifica's Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
