Press photographers, Arab American rights activists, and the American Civil Liberties Union are calling for changes to a Federal program they say targets innocent people for anti-terrorism surveillance. They’re sending a letter to Federal officials urging changes to the Federal “Suspicious Activities Reporting” program. They announced their action at the San Francisco Federal Building.
